There is no offcial redistribution site for Emerge.  Here, you can
find version 4 of emerge.

	emerge-4.el	Rename this to emerge.el and copy it to
			somewhere in you load-path.
	emerge-4.txt	The offcial documentation.
	emerge-4.info	The same as emerge-4.txt, but with Info-style
			headers added.
	emerge-4.REAME	This file.
